New York, N.Y. – General Motors has finished introducing its refreshed trio of full-size crossover vehicles, the Buick Enclave, the Chevrolet Traverse and the GMC Acadia.  According to GM, the 2013 Chevrolet Traverse will feature:

  • New athletic exterior debuts Chevrolet crossover utility face
  • More refined interior with class-leading space for cargo and up to eight passengers
  • New and industry-exclusive safety features including front center air bag
  • Improved car-like ride and handling

Highlighting the redesigned 2013 Buick Enclave include details like:

  • New front fascia with LED daytime running lamps
  • New headlamp design, with standard Xenon high-intensity discharge lamps (HID) and LED accent lighting. Articulating headlamps are available
  • New hood and black-chrome waterfall grille
  • New rear fascia design with integrated exhaust outlets
  • New LED taillamps
  • New 19-inch and 20-inch aluminum wheel designs
  • Monochromatic exterior appearance with chrome accents.
  • New ice blue LED ambient lighting around the dash highlights Enclave’s flowing lines, emphasizing the cabin’s spaciousness
  • Eight-way power front driver and passenger seats with four-way adjustable head restraints emphasize seat comfort
  • Details including soft touch materials and live stitching throughout the cabin, as well as true chrome accents
  • Four interior color combinations are available with complementing wood tones, including a new Cocoa leather combination
  • A new “center stack” with standard IntelliLink LCD display, tri-zone climate system, capacitive touch controls and available navigation system.

Finally, the previously shown 2013 GMC Acadia will come in both regular versions and Denali trims.  The Denali will feature items like:

  • New, three-dimensional polished grille
  • Redesigned lower front and rear fascias
  • Body-color lower cladding and rocker moldings, rear fascia and fender flares
  • Unique body-side moldings with chrome accents and Denali badges
  • Dual flow-through chrome exhaust outlets integrated into the rear fascia
  • 20-inch machined wheels
  • Perforated leather seating and Denali-specific Cocoa Dune upholstery color
  • Leather-wrapped steering wheel with wood inserts and power tilt/telescope
  • Aluminum trim accents
  • Heated and cooled front seats
  • Accent lighting in footwells and lighted sill plates with Denali logo
  • Color Touch navigation
  • Side Blind Zone and Rear Cross Traffic Alert
  • Dual SkyScape sunroof system, with sliding front sunroof and fixed rear section


All three vehicles will be powered by the same 288 horsepower and 270 lb.-ft. of torque 3.6L Direct Injection V6 engine paired to a 6-speed automatic transmission.  See below for photos of the vehicles.
